How to issue gift card

1. Your admin team should coordinate with AlipayHK BD or the operations team to confirm the campaign details and template settings. After that, AlipayHK will provide a campaignId, which must be configured in your system.

2. When a user purchases a Gift Card, your system should call AlipayHK’s Issue Gift Card API to issue the card to the user.

3. After a successful API response, the user will see the issued Gift Card in their AlipayHK Card Wallet. AlipayHK will also return the Card Number and a Deeplink to your system. You may use the Card Number or Deeplink to redirect users from your card wallet to the AlipayHK Gift Card detail page for easier access.
