User Flow
- When a user purchases a Gift Card via the merchant's app, the Gift Card will automatically appear in the user's AlipayHK Card Wallet.
- Later, when the user makes a purchase of eligible products, the Gift Card will be automatically matched and applied during checkout — no manual selection is required.
- This seamless experience ensures convenience for users and helps drive higher redemption and conversion rates.
1. Purchase a gift card
User can buy a gift card in via Merchant mini-app, A+ Rewards, etc.
2. Display in Card Wallet
After purchase, the Gift Card will automatically appear in the user's AlipayHK Card Wallet. It depends on the merchant's API calls.
