Introduction

Cashless voucher is a promotion solution for merchants to set up marketing campaigns in the AlipayHK platform. In this solution, merchants do not require to prepaid their marketing cost when voucher templates are created, the costs will be settled based on their actual redeemed vouchers. When a cashless voucher template is created and activated, AlipayHK user can obtain merchant's cashless vouchers via multiple channels:

  1. Offline coupon QR code in merchant shops
  2. Online promotion page URL
  3. Merchant promotion page in AlipayHK
  4. Merchant mini program in AlipayHK
  5. Card wallet in AlipayHK

AlipayHK platform provides a set of APIs to manage the cashless voucher templates, merchant/ISV can create, update, or query their voucher templates via those APIs. Reports containing detailed vouchers usage status are also available for merchant/ISV to download.
