Miniprogram Navigation Bar Upgrade

This document aims to describe the changes, schedule and the further action on navigation bar upgrade to AlipayHK miniprogram.

Breaking Changes (v7.0.5 or up)

Navigation bar will be standardized for better user experience

Back button (<) will be shown at the front of the navigation bar compulsively.
Home button will be hidden at all pages compulsively.

This upgrade will be rollout progressively starting from 19 Sep 2024 (5% user) till 30 Oct 2024 (100% user).

We offer a buffer time for you to retain the current navigation bar for program change (effective until 30 Oct), please inform your BD / SA if needed, otherwise the upgrade will starts from 19 Sep.

Now until 18 Sep 2024	19 Sep 2024	30 Oct 2024
Perform check and inform BD / SA if you need to retain the current navigation bar (effective untill 30 Oct).	Starts rollout progressively.	All navigation bar will be upgraded.

Have you hidden the back button in any page, especially the home page?

App name / logo within the navigation bar
Navigation bar transparent and logo in the background

If (a), the back button will insert in the front of the app name / logo, hence no change needed
If (b), you will need to redesign the background if needed

Please consider compatibility for user below v7.0.5.

Have you used the Home button in any page?

All home buttons will be hidden, and (or) changed to back button, you will need to add a home redirection method within your content if needed.

Please consider compatibility for user below v7.0.5.

Please inform your BD / SA if you cannot complete the change before 19 Sep, and you must complete the change before 30 Oct.
