System Flow

Merchant can integrate with AlipayHK performance notification services through two different means, direct API or Card Wallet, once integrated merchant can trigger notification services whenever there is an order change.

Both integration method requires configuration on AlipayHK side, please contact support for details. 

A. Direct API

  1. User performs an action in order flow
  2. Merchant sends API request for notification service
  3. AlipayHK backend synchronizes the notification information to the user's phone
  4. AlipayHK app will display / change / hide the relevant notifications on user's phone
  5. [Optional] User takes further action through the notification

B. Card Wallet

To reduce your development cost, we offer integration approach through card wallet (if you have integrated the solution), please check the feasibility and details with us.
