User flow

We anticipate that AlipayHK users will automatically receive merchant's membership points upon successful payment at designated merchants without the need for additional actions such as uploading receipts, scan membership QR Code, etc.

To enable this feature for users, the following requirements must be met:

1. Payment must be made using the AlipayHK APP
2. User must have authorized AlipayHK to share transaction information with the designated shopping malls or merchants
3. The designated merchants must have an AlipayHK mini-app or Brand Channel

AlipayHK provides two user flow approach for authorization.

A. Authorize via Brand Channel

1. User clicks into the merchant's Brand Channel Page.
2. User authorize the merchant for data collection.
3. User pays with AlipayHK code to the merchant.
4. User receives a push notification in AlipayHK app.
   

B. Authorize via Miniprogram

1. User performs authorization in the merchant's miniprogram.
2. User pays with AlipayHK code to the merchant.
3. User receives a push notification in the AlipayHK app.
